OPEN ROLE
Ecosystem Development Lead — Agencies & Integrators
RemoteFull-time
Stackmint's distribution runs through partners — agencies that operate AI capabilities for clients, and system integrators that embed governed workflows into enterprise architecture. You build that network. This is a founder-level business development role: you own the partner pipeline, the partnership structure, and the number.
What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and develop strategic partnerships with agency founders, practice leads at system integrators, and digital transformation consultants who have the client relationships and delivery capacity to scale Stackmint deployments.
- Work at C-level — founder to founder, practice lead to practice lead — to map how Stackmint fits into each partner's service offering and revenue model.
- Structure partnership agreements, revenue-sharing arrangements, and co-delivery models that align partner incentives with platform adoption and client outcomes.
- Run the full partner pipeline: sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and expansion. Own the number.
- Feed market intelligence back into product — you are the closest person to how agencies and SIs think about AI delivery challenges, pricing, and client expectations.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in ecosystem development, channel partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or platform company — or equivalent time as an agency or SI leader who has evaluated and sold technology partnerships.
- Understands the agency and SI operating model well enough to speak credibly about delivery margin, client cycles, and the economics of recurring AI services.
- Comfortable negotiating partnership terms and revenue-share arrangements without legal in every room.
- Has existing relationships in the agency and SI ecosystem — this is not a cold start role.
- Can articulate Stackmint's technical value proposition — governed execution, Branches, HITL gates, revenue rails — without engineering support in the room.
What good looks like in 90 days
- 10 qualified partner conversations completed with documented capability fit assessments.
- At least 3 partners in active onboarding with a signed partnership agreement.
- A partner tiering and incentive model drafted and ready for review.
