Careers at Stackmint

We’re building the execution layer for enterprise AI — a platform where workflows become agents, and agents become revenue-generating systems. If you want to shape how companies adopt AI at scale, we want to talk to you.

Where We Build

Stackmint operates from two hubs:

  • San Francisco — Runtime, platform engineering, and product.
  • Paris — Integrations, applied AI, and the European partner ecosystem.

Why Join Now

Our customers are adopting agents faster than the ecosystem can support. The primitives are in place — Buds, Branches, monetization, marketplace, governance. We’re now hiring the early team that will define the category.

  • Work directly with founders and shape the core product.
  • Build systems used inside Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, Teams, and more.
  • Design workflows that run at real enterprise scale.
  • Help partners commercialize their playbooks as agents.

Open Roles (Early Team)

These are v1.0 role areas — formal job descriptions will follow.

Founding Consultant / Fractional Partner

Turn your CRO/CMO/RevOps playbooks into agents. Work with clients and partners to drive adoption and build reusable Branches.

Founding GTM / Sales Partner

Own partner pipelines, demos, and pilot expansions. Help design revenue-sharing models for fractional operators and system integrators.

AI Integrations Intern — Paris

Work with APIs, AI models (Mistral, Hugging Face), and enterprise tools. Build and test connectors that power agents across industries.

Developer Relations / Technical Writer

Help builders create Buds and Branches. Write guides, samples, and reference workflows that partners can install immediately.

Operations & Partnerships Generalist

Handle partner onboarding, events, contracts, and ecosystem coordination across San Francisco and Paris.

How to Apply

We don’t use a traditional ATS. Send us a short note on who you are, what you’ve built, and how you’d use Stackmint in your current or past role.
