Most companies hire account managers to protect revenue. We are hiring someone to generate it — by going deeper into partner operations than anyone else in the market. Your job is to translate real client workflows into governed execution contracts, then make sure partners can operate them profitably.
What you will do
- Work directly with agency and SI partners to map their client-facing workflows and identify which processes are ready to be governed and productized as Stackmint Branches.
- Translate operational workflows — sales triage, support resolution, compliance review, content operations — into Branch specifications that engineering can build and partners can deploy.
- Run discovery workshops with partner leadership and their enterprise clients, including C-level stakeholders, to qualify AI use cases by business impact and execution readiness.
- Define the success metrics for each deployed capability: cost per workflow, time-to-resolution, approval rate, and recurring revenue generated.
- Build the Partner Success playbook from scratch — onboarding sequences, workflow qualification frameworks, and capability review cadences.
What we are looking for
- 3–6 years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS customer success, or business process consulting — ideally at a firm that does delivery, not just advisory.
- Able to read a Salesforce process map and write a Branch specification in the same week. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand execution contracts.
- Comfortable presenting to a CFO and a CTO in the same meeting, with different emphasis for each.
- Understands AI workflow concepts well enough to scope a governed capability without needing an engineer in every conversation.
- Strong written communication — your discovery outputs become product specifications.
What good looks like in 90 days
- 5 partner workflow audits completed with written Branch specifications.
- At least 2 new capabilities in the marketplace sourced directly from partner discovery.
- A Partner Success playbook in draft with onboarding, qualification, and review frameworks.
