You have the playbooks. We have the execution infrastructure. Together, we can turn what you know how to do into something clients pay for every month — not every project. This is a fractional engagement for operators who want to compound their expertise into a recurring-revenue product without building the underlying platform.

What this engagement is

This is not a hire. It is a fractional partnership. You bring domain expertise — in revenue operations, growth, content strategy, customer operations, or enterprise delivery — and client relationships. Stackmint provides the Branch runtime, governance infrastructure, and revenue rails to turn your methodology into a deployable, recurring-revenue service. You retain your existing client work. This adds a compounding layer on top of it.

What you will do

  • Translate your existing playbooks into governed Branches — specify the inputs, outputs, approval conditions, and audit requirements for each workflow you want to productize.
  • Work directly with Stackmint clients and partners to deploy and iterate on those capabilities in production environments.
  • Drive adoption of Stackmint capabilities within your existing client base and professional network.
  • Co-design new capabilities with the Stackmint team based on what you observe in client deployments.

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years of operating experience in a functional domain — CRO, CMO, RevOps, customer operations, enterprise delivery, or similar.
  • A track record of deploying repeatable systems across multiple client or organizational contexts — you have built the playbook, not just run the play.
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand what governed execution means and why it matters to clients.
  • An existing client base or professional network where you can introduce Stackmint capabilities.

What this looks like in practice

You identify a workflow your clients run manually or inconsistently — a deal review, a content brief, a support escalation triage, a market intelligence summary. You specify how that workflow should run: inputs, outputs, approval conditions, audit requirements. Stackmint builds the Branch. You deploy it. Clients pay a recurring fee that you share in. You iterate based on client feedback and expand to new clients.

What good looks like in 90 days

  • At least 1 Branch specification written from your existing playbook.
  • 1 client deployment live in a Stackmint workspace.
  • Revenue share model agreed and first billing cycle initiated.
